To add an new pattern tap the plus button on the navigation bar:
To remove patterns, tap the Edit button on the right of the navigation bar
Then tap the delete icon on the row you want to delete
Then confirm by tapping the delete button
When you have finished deleting patterns, leave the edit mode by tapping Done
